The black-box-archive is part of the graduation project 'the man-machine', the aim of which is to find ways to deal with the hidden transformations when working from analogue to digital – back and forth.
The project consists of three parts: a theoretical research, aimed at the particulary interested thinkers, a practical research as an inspiration for other designers and artists, and a practical implementation in form of an analogue 3D-printer, aimed at everyone who feels intertwined with technology within everyday life.
The project was part of my bachelor thesis at Bauhaus-Universität Weimar.
It was supervised by prof. Gerrit Babtist and M.A. Michael Braun.
